Dosage Guide
Dogs: 10-20 mg/kg IV/IM/SC every 6-8 hours, or 20-40 mg/kg PO every 8 hours. Cats: 10-20 mg/kg IV/IM/SC every 6-8 hours, or 20 mg/kg PO every 8-12 hours.
