Dosage Guide
Dogs: 10-25 mg/kg PO twice daily. Cats: 10-15 mg/kg PO twice daily. Duration depends on condition (typically 5-10 days).

Side Effects
- •GI upset (vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite)
- •Lethargy
- •Neurological signs at high doses (ataxia, nystagmus, seizures)

Important Warnings
- !Neurotoxic at high doses or with prolonged use — stop immediately if neurological signs appear
- !Very bitter taste — use compounded formulation for cats if needed
- !May be carcinogenic with long-term use (based on rodent studies)
- !Use with caution in pregnant animals
Contraindications
Do not use this medication in the following situations:
